LIGNOCAINE HYDROCHLORIDE INJECTION IP.

Ingredients                            Quantity per ml Lignocaine                                  10mg and 20 mg Hydrochloride IP Packing : One vial of 30ml Category : Local anaesthetic, antiarrhythmic Dosage :For local anaesthetic- upto 200mg as a single dose, for nerve block upto 500mg as antiarrhymatic by i.v. 50mg at a rate of 2mg/minutes.

PETHIDINE INJECTION IP.

Ingredients                            Quantity per ml Pethidine Hydrochloride IP                   50mg Packing : 1ml X 10,                     1ml X 100                     2ml X 10                     2ml X 100 Indications : Moderate to severe deep visceral pain, myocardial infarction, burns, fractures etc. Dosage :Subcutaneously - 25 to 100mg, Intravenously - 25 to 50mg

DIAZEPAM INJECTION IP.

Ingredients                            Quantity per ml Diazepam IP.                                        5.0mg Packing :         2ml ampoule X 100 Indications : Anxiolytic, sedative, anticonvulsant Dosage :As anticonvulsant by i.v. or i.m. 10mg in adults, 5mg in children (7-12 years) & 2.5mg in children (1-7 years)
